Lauren Hardy
Director of Addictions and Mental Health Services

Lauren Hardy has over 11 years of experience in mental health and substance use. Working in various settings, including treatment centers and the prison system. She is dedicated to supporting individuals facing mental health and substance use challenges and has a strong background in leadership and program development.

As a registered clinical counsellor, Lauren holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Victoria and a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from Adler University. With her extensive experience and expert knowledge in mental health and substance use, she provides valuable insights to the clients she serves.
